Calling Volunteers!


We are looking for a planning committee who would like to work together and create the next Northern Stars Summit!

Plan on virtual meetings 1 - 2 times a week (1-3 hours a week) and a few more meets as the event gets closer. 

Here are opportunities we will be working on:
Master Painters - Find, ask, coordinate and work with to create the guide book
Sponsors - Find, ask, coordinate receiving physical and capital sponsorship, gathering branding for recognition
Venue, Dates, and Schedule
Advertising - Getting the word out on the next Summit, Social Media gurus... We are looking for you!
Model Call - Secure Models, advertising to models, scheduling
Graphics - Lots to design and print, plus all of the video graphics
​Copywriter - Tricia's written language will keep you busy! 
​Photographer
Vendors - We love a great shopping experience
Games, Prizes, and the NSS surprises
All around coordinating all things Summit!

If you are up for the task, please fill out our form and get in touch with us! 

We will hold a one night committee commitment overview. You are welcome to attend and see what will be asked of you and at that time you may bow out or join in! Date for this to be announced.

    After knowing more about the committee, you will then have a window to commit to helping out, or bow out.
